2. Services & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Sanna Innovations agrees to provide custom software, AI models, cloud hosting, and digital transformation according to agreed contract deliverables. Enterprise cloud hosting via Hi Papa includes a 99.9% network uptime commitment backed by 24/7 technical support.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Custom source code and deliverables produced specifically for a client under paid SOW assignments become client property upon full payment completion. Pre-existing proprietary frameworks, Astra AI core algorithms, trade secrets, and Sanna Innovations brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sanna Innovations Pvt Ltd.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients and users agree not to engage in reverse engineering, security penetration attempts without written authorization, unlawful automated web scraping, or misuse of Hi Papa cloud infrastructure for unauthorized data distribution.
5. Limitation of Liability & Contact
